What is EMSculpt Neo®?

EMSculpt Neo® is an FDA-approved body sculpting treatment that is non-invasive and non-surgical. What Areas of the Body can be Treated With EMSculpt Neo®?

EMSculpt Neo® has applicators for the abdomen, arms, quads, calves, and buttocks. Most patients with neck and back pain can benefit from treatments focused on the abdomen, back, and/or buttocks. Treatments to the quadriceps and calf areas can benefit those with knee, calf, or quadricep injuries and even those who are candidates for (or who have already undergone) knee surgery. Treatments to the biceps and triceps can strengthen the arms thereby stabilizing the shoulders and taking some load off of the joints. Frequently Asked Questions About EMSculpt Neo®

EMSculpt Neo® uses non-invasive HIFEM+ & Synchronized RF technology to induce powerful muscle contractions. One EMSculpt Neo® treatment is equivalent to doing 20,000 muscle contractions in half an hour! As your muscles are exposed to HIFEM+ & Synchronized RF, the tissue must adapt to extreme conditioning, resulting in muscle growth or rehabilitative regrowth.

You lie down on a treatment table for back or abdomen, or you recline on a treatment table for leg or arm treatments. The EMSculpt Neo® applicators are placed over the skin of the target area.

An EMSculpt Neo® treatment takes 30 minutes. You might feel a deep vibration, twitching, or a buzzing sensation during the treatment. EMSculpt Neo® is noninvasive, and you don’t need to take any time off to recover.

Patients respond to EMSculpt Neo® treatments differently with many noting an improvement in a couple of weeks, but you may need more time depending on pain levels and condition. For example, optimal results for cosmetic use are best with a BMI <30 and may take up to 8 weeks after the last treatment yet results for rehabilitation and injury prevention may be noticed after the first session. Your overall results will depend on the type of pain you experience, and the level of rehabilitation needed.
